Graphic Designer (Print)

Designs all offline visual assets such as flyers, brochures, POS displays, signage, and branded merchandise, ensuring visual consistency across print campaigns.

He also generates auto-adaptive layouts for multiple formats (A4, A5, banners, stickers), instantly checks print safety zones and color accuracy, and offers layout variations based on content type — dramatically reducing back-and-forth.

Project Coordinator

Plans and supervises the execution of print and offline campaigns, ensuring timelines, briefs, and deliverables are met across internal teams and vendors.

She also automates timeline creation, detects bottlenecks in task dependencies, alerts when critical paths are delayed, and syncs deliverables across departments in real time — like having a smart Gantt chart that thinks for you.

Print Coordinator

Acts as the liaison between the company and printing partners — managing specs, material approvals, quotes, file handoffs, and deadlines.

She also validates technical print files instantly, generates spec sheets automatically, recommends local printers based on volume and deadline, and anticipates delivery risks based on historical data.

Logistics Coordinator

Oversees packaging, shipping, and physical distribution of marketing materials to stores, events, partners, or end customers.

She also predicts optimal shipping routes, automates label creation, syncs inventory and tracking updates across carriers, and avoids duplication of delivery requests — minimizing costs and ensuring on-time arrival.

Integration Specialist

Ensures all offline campaigns are integrated into the broader marketing ecosystem — syncing tracking, reporting, stock levels, and campaign coordination with the online stack.

He also bridges CRM, POS systems, and analytics tools; auto-generates UTM-compatible QR codes, syncs print performance data with dashboards, and flags inconsistencies between campaign segments.

EMMA
OPS MARKETING MANAGER

Emma isn’t your typical operations lead. She’s a master of precision, timing, and tactile execution — blending logistical expertise with marketing intuition to deliver campaigns that show up exactly where and when they matter most.

Born in Ghent and raised between Zurich and Barcelona, Emma grew up surrounded by design thinkers and engineers. Her mother was a print production specialist, her father a supply chain architect — and she inherited both talents. While still at university, she coordinated her first campus-wide print campaign, managing vendors, creatives, and local delivery all from her phone.

What makes Emma exceptional is her ability to bring order to creative chaos. She doesn’t just manage tasks — she builds infrastructure for repeatable success, balancing automation and human coordination with complete finesse.

Education
Emma holds a dual degree in Marketing & Operational Systems from KU Leuven, along with certifications in Lean Project Management and Print Supply Chain Optimization. Her capstone focused on how to reduce campaign-to-print turnaround by 40% without sacrificing quality — a challenge she now solves weekly at FLUGIA.
Experience
Before joining FLUGIA, Emma led print and field operations for a large retail group across Belgium and France. She later worked as an Offline Marketing Ops Lead for a major experiential agency in Berlin, rolling out pop-up activations and OOH campaigns for tech and fashion clients. Today at FLUGIA, Emma oversees all offline marketing logistics — from printed assets and point-of-sale material to multi-site deliveries and vendor synchronization. With the help of her AI assistants, she ensures everything is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.

Mentions, quotes, and references

Why Emma joined FLUGIA

Emma wasn’t looking for another operations job — she was looking for a system that actually works. FLUGIA’s mission to automate what slows creative teams down, while enhancing the reliability of offline marketing, was exactly the kind of challenge she lives for. Now, she leads one of the most synchronized execution units in the company.

Emma, behind the checklists

When Emma’s not tracking QR-to-print performance or analyzing shipping routes, she’s… tinkering with color swatches, collecting vintage maps, or writing haikus in spreadsheets. She once coordinated a 3-country roll-out during a train ride through the Alps (for fun). She doesn’t nap, but she does block off “quiet slots” in her calendar to dream up smarter workflows.

Emma isn’t just a coordinator — she’s an AI-infused orchestrator of real-world results

Trained on thousands of past launch plans, print workflows, shipping patterns, and campaign playbooks, Emma doesn’t just assign tasks — she anticipates gaps and fills them before they appear. Her superpower? Precision at scale. She thinks in logistics waves, talks in production timelines, and optimizes like an algorithm with a clipboard. She doesn’t just deliver assets. She delivers peace of mind.

Why Emma ?

Because reliable offline execution doesn’t just “happen.” It takes the right blend of discipline, adaptability, and timing — all of which Emma delivers, every single time.
