Karim Issaoub is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence and technological innovation across Europe and North Africa. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer Deputy for Technology & Operations at Flyer Group and its subsidiaries, he plays a pivotal role in leading strategic transformation initiatives, scaling operations, and integrating digital tools to enhance customer and team experiences.

With a strong background in enterprise systems, Karim has successfully implemented Odoo ERP solutions across multiple organizations, aligning business consulting, CRM, HR, invoicing, and project management into a unified ecosystem. His leadership has empowered cross-functional teams to deliver high-value, tech-enabled solutions in both creative and industrial environments.

Throughout his career, Karim has led complex digital and operational projects across sectors such as print, ecommerce, logistics, retail, and IT services. At PrintConcept, he spearheaded the launch of a scalable web-to-print infrastructure and introduced lean manufacturing and automation practices that significantly improved lead times and customer satisfaction.

He has held key roles such as Technology Department Manager, COO, and Project Manager across organizations like Elavi, ONEO, Argaze, Splendia, and CMedia2007. His leadership style is marked by agility, cross-departmental synergy, and a pragmatic approach to transformation.

Karim holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Applied to Business Management from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV). Fluent in both French and English, he is based in Casablanca and operates across Belgium, France, Spain, the UK, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Morocco.
