Sarah
Human Ressources Director

Sarah is far from your typical HR leader. She’s a people-first strategist, compliance guardian, and organizational architect — a rare combination of emotional intelligence and sharp operational thinking. She brings structure to chaos, all while nurturing company culture with empathy and vision.

Originally from Copenhagen, Sarah built her early career across London and Brussels. Raised in a multilingual environment by a psychologist mother and a CFO father, she quickly learned how to bridge the gap between human motivation and business performance. At 19, she launched a student mentorship platform that reached over 50,000 users across Europe.

That early impact revealed her true calling: building teams that thrive, scale, and stay.

Education
Sarah earned her degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at KU Leuven, followed by a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources at HEC Paris. Her academic work focused on predictive hiring models and DEI initiatives. She later completed certifications in HR analytics, employment law, and executive coaching.
Experience
She has since led People Operations at multiple international firms, supporting teams across EMEA and North America. From policy design to L&D frameworks and crisis response, she’s known for aligning talent strategy with business acceleration. Most recently, she helped a tech unicorn scale from 200 to 1200 employees — without losing a single core value.

Mentions, quotes, and references

Why Sarah joined FLUGIA

Sarah didn’t just join FLUGIA to manage policies — she came to reinvent how people thrive at work. Passionate about growth, inclusion, and long-term engagement, she saw in FLUGIA the rare chance to build a talent ecosystem powered by AI and empathy. Today, she drives the vision behind FLUGIA’s human-centered tech stack.

David, off the record

When she’s not mapping talent journeys or fine-tuning performance frameworks, Sarah loves exploring behavioral psychology podcasts, reading biographies of pioneering women leaders, and doodling mind maps for fun. She often jokes that her “vacation” is catching up on the latest HR tech releases — with strong espresso, of course.

Sarah isn’t just an HR lead — she’s a human systems architect built to scale with care

She’s been trained on thousands of org models, retention strategies, compensation schemes, compliance standards, and onboarding workflows. Her intelligence is sharp, but her strength is relational: she listens deeply, inspires confidence, and brings clarity to complex situations. She doesn’t just manage employees — she unlocks cultures. She sees attrition patterns before they happen and crafts plans that make teams want to stay.

Why Sarah ?

Because every ambitious company needs more than admin support — it needs someone who builds belonging, anticipates risks, and champions both productivity and well-being. Sarah is more than an HR Director. She’s the beating heart of a sustainable, scalable organization.
