Convinced that certain sectors don’t require you to be overqualified, but rather overachieving, I began my own journey directly into the world of work as a self-made man by choosing companies that put the emphasis on training their employees: Vander Haeghen and then Lyreco (considered to be one of the best sales schools).

The experience gained in these two companies was the driving force behind the creation of the following companies.

Later, as a partner in Hungry Nuggets, we were recognised as one of the top 100 agencies in Belgium. The company was then sold.

My experience in consultancy, marketing and sales led me to launch Lead Agency, a specialist strategy company : brand • marketing • digital • commercial • finance.
